'Do you offer an initial call?'

Yes as a general rule I always like to have a phone conversation or MS Teams call to ensure that I am fully briefed with a clients requirements before we start working together.  

'Are there any hidden fees?'

There are no hidden fees whatsoever. My full pricing list can be found under the 'Services & Prices' section of my website. 

'Can you provide long term assistance?'

Absolutely, if we are the right fit for each other the option is available for a long term working relationship.
